APS Work
We worked with this large department to educate managers and employees about the idea of process, process management, and Six Sigma methodology.
APS helped identify primary processes and tooled supervisors to manage with a process focus. We worked with process owners to employ use of pertinent data to inform management decisions. Following this regimen, managers and their teams discovered ways to improve:
